An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated and completed on August 9, 2024, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 20, 2024, relating to allegations of physical plant and administration. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and zero staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
