A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/29/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Based on staff record review and interview, staff who work directly with children did not complete the department's health and safety update course.
Evidence: There was no documentation to verify that Staff #2 completed the 2024 annual health and safety update course. The last annual health and safety updated course completed by Staff #2 was on 3/2023.Plan of Correction: Will complete by 9/6/2024.
