An unannounced inspection was initiated with a local agency on 08/27/2024 and completed on 08/30/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/16/2024 relating to building maintenance and child abuse and neglect reporting. Two licensing staff reviewed one child?s record and three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, tour of the facility, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
