An unannounced complaint investigation was completed on 09/03/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 08/12/2024 relating to allegations of supervision and programs. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
