submitted by the licensee which addressed corrective actions implemented by the licensee
for violations pertaining to out of state background searches (22.1-(14.1)-289.035-B-4), injury reports(8VAC20-780-550-P), and medication authorization (8VAC20-780-510-E). On September 4, 2024 an inspection was conducted on the implementation of the plan of correction.
