A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 09/09/2024 and completed on 09/10/2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:30 pm and ended at 4:05 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 3 staff records at the administrative office on 09/10/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
