Standard #: 8VAC20-780-570-A Description: Based on video observation it was determined the center did not ensure that high chairs, infant carrier seats, or feeding tables shall be used for children under 12 months who are not held while being fed.
Evidence:
1. Inspector and staff observed video of staff #3 feeding two infants in their cribs on 8/8/24.
