An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on September 10, 2024 and completed on September 16, 2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on September 9, 2024. The inspectors reviewed one child?s record and four staff records on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on September 12, 2023. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
