An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/17/24 from 3:45pm to 4:15pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 62 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
