An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 18, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 12:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 107 children present and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the center, interviews with staff, observations, and document review.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
