An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 09/09/2024. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 PM and ended at 2 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
The inspection findings have been updated after a review completed b the Licensing Administrator on 01/10/2025.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
A bottle of disinfectant with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? were unlocked in the nap room, within reach of children.Plan of Correction: During the inspection the bottle of disinfectant was locked.
