An unannounced, on-site subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 09/12/2024 and completed on 09/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 4:35 pm and ended at 5:25 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 25 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on-site and 2 staff records electronically on 09/19/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
A complete licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in the licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
