A subsidy inspection was completed on 09/20/2024. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: Vendors who have staff who work directly with children are required to have the department's preservice health and safety course.
Staff #1 did not have documentation of having the 3 hour preservice health and safety update training.Plan of Correction: Vendor will ensure staff #1 completes the required training as soon as possible.
