-This initial subsidy inspection was conducted by the inspector using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor of Virginia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this initial inspection the inspector reviewed the space that will be used for care as well as the rest of the house. Emergency supplies were reviewed and the household paperwork and training. The vendor does not have any children in care yet. The home is set up and ready for care . Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this inspection.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-390-A Description: Based on the review of the emergency supplies the vendor failed to have one of the emergency supplies to make the first aid supplies complete.
Evidence: The vendor does not have a digital thermometer .Plan of Correction: We will buy one this weekend
Standard #: 22VAC40-665-400-C Description: Based on the review of the posting requirements , the vendor failed to have the numbers for emergency services posted.
Evidence: The vendor does not have 911 posted.Plan of Correction: I will post the numbers
