An unannounced on-site un-mandated monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/27/2024 and completed on 09/27/2024.The on-site inspection began at 10:36 am and ended at 11:40 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 14 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
