Consultation provided to ensure address of staff emergency contact person is filed. Discussed the center has been approved for grant and is in process of water testing. Center is still in the process of obtaining Certificate of Occupancy to include children under the age of 2 1/2 years old.
- Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/7/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 11:05am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children present and 4 staff divided in ratio of two classrooms. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review of policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms, emergency supplies, general postings, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Previous violations were corrected.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
