An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 9, 2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on October 7, 2024 relating to special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
