An unannounced inspection was initiated on August 30, 2024 and completed on September 6, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on August 12, 2024 relating to allegations of staffing and supervision, physical plant, incident/accident reports and programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s record on-site. This inspection included interviews, document review, tour of the facility, and observations. Additional document review was conducted off site.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
