A virtual Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 8/12/2020. Due to the COVID pandemic the inspector was not on site and the inspection was conducted via mobile video application. The Vendor was not operating at the time and there were no children present during the inspection. The home, children's files and vendor documentation was reviewed. Emergency and operating equipment and procedures was also inspected. Violations observed are indicated in he violation notice.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-170-B Description: Based on review of child records it was determined that all required information was not maintained.
Evidence: During virtual inspection Child 1 did not have an emergency contact available.Plan of Correction: I am closed now but can get it when I open.
