During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/17/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:15 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 53 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-320-B Description: Each restroom area provided for children shall have sinks located near the toilets and that are supplied with running warm water that does not exceed 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Two bathrooms in the main hallway, that are used by children, measured 123.3 degrees Fahrenheit and 122.7 degrees Fahrenheit.Plan of Correction: The Director will have the temperatures in both bathrooms lowered below 120 degree Fahrenheit.
