An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/14/24 and completed on 2/14/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/11/24 relating to allegations in the areas of staffing and supervision. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
