An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 17, 2024 and completed on October 24, 2024 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 16, 2024 relating to allegations of program and supervision. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records on-site on October 17, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
