An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/21/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/11/24 relating to allegations of procedures for emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 1 staff record on site and 1 staff record electronically on 10/22/24.This inspection included document review, interviews,and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, a violation that was not reported was found related to background checks and is documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Staff #1 began employment 5 days prior to the center obtaining their fingerprint background check.Plan of Correction: We will remember to obtain this background check prior to employment.
