An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 10/29/2024 and completed on 10/30/2024 a part of probation period. The Department issued a Special Order on May 30, 2024 to place the license on probation for a period of nine months and contact parents, guardisans, or other responsible persons (families) regarding health and safety as a result of high-risk violations. The on-site inspection began at 8:35am and ended at 9:40am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 46 children present and 8 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
