An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/30/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/24/2024 relating to allegations of supervision. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
