A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection on 10/29/2024. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-F Description: REPEAT VIOLATION
Staff who work directly with children shall, annually attend the department's health and safety update course.
Staff #1-#4, who have been employed over a year, did not have documentation of attending the departments annual health and safety course since 3/2023.Plan of Correction: Staff are scheduled to attend the departments annual (2024) health and safety course. The center will track all training updates in staff records.
