An unannounced, on-site Renewal Inspection was initiated and completed on 11/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:40 pm and ended at 3:11 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 5staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
