An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/06/2024 with a local agency in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 10/31/2024 relating to a forbidden action. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the center, observations and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
