A modification inspection was conducted on November 7, 2024 from approximately 10:00am to 12:00pm. The inspector received a modification request on November 4, 2024. The modification request to allow children 17 months of age and older to attend the child day center.
The classroom areas, materials, furnishing, restrooms, postings and updated emergency procedures and supplies were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
