During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Comments:
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/18/2024 and completed on 11/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:00 pm and ended at 2:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 24 children present and four staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and five staff records on-site on 11/18/2024.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11/27/2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Description: REPEAT VIOLATION
Areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition. Unsafe conditions shall include, but not be limited to chipped or peeling paint; visible cracks, rusting or breakage of any equipment and protruding nails or other components that could entangle clothing or snag skin.


On the playground, there were three types of playing equipment with rust and chipping paint: the blue spin-around unicycle, blue hummer metal car and a green, red and blue jumping toy. A pink push-car had a broken steering part presenting sharp ridges, and a piece of the playhouse was laying on the ground, and was cracked and had exposed nails.

Description: Prepared baby food not consumed during that feeding by an infant may be used by that same infant later in the same day; otherwise, it shall be discarded or returned to the parent at the end of the day.

In the Infant Classroom, in the refrigerator, there were two jars of baby food that were not disposed of within the required timeframe. One jar of the baby food was dated 10/09/2024 and the other jar of baby food was dated 10/16/2024. Both jars were observed in the refrigerator by the Licensing Inspector on the date of the inspection 11/18/2024.
