An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/13/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 11/12/2024 relating to Forbidden Actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, observations and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
