An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/21/24 from 3:15 pm to 3:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-5 Description: The staff to children ratio for school age eligible children up to 9 years old should be maintained at 1 staff to 18 children.
On 11/21/24, from 3:15 pm t 3:23 pm, there were 55 children under the direct supervision of 3 staff members.
Staff # 1 stated that out of the 55 children, children were present that were between 5-9 years old.Plan of Correction: We will maintain staff to children's ratio at all times and also during transitions.
