An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/10/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/1/2024 relating to allegations of physical plant and care of children. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
