An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/4/2024 and completed on 12/4/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:55PM and ended at 2:20PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 48 children present and 11 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site on 12/4/2024 and 5 staff records on-site on 12/4/2024.
This inspection included - document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
