An unannounced, on-site focused monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/25/2024 and completed on 11/25/2024, as part of enforcement watch. The on-site inspection began at 10:24 AM and ended at 12:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record and 4 staff/board officers records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
