An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 12/13/2024, as a part of the licensing period. The on-site inspection began at 9:10 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 84 children present and 16 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site and 2 medication administration authorizations.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
