-An annual subsidy inspection and 30 day inspection to approve the vendors new location was initiated on 09/02/2020, at which time the vendor was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection, and concluded on 09/04/2020. The inspector emailed the vendor a list of items required to complete the inspection.
The vendor reported there no children in care and no children living in the home.with the vendor. The inspector reviewed 1 adult record submitted by the vendor and health and safety regulations. No children are in care at this time.
-The information gathered during the inspection determined no areas of non-compliance with applicable regulations or law, and no violations were issued.
