During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on December 17, 2024 and completed on December 19, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:10 pm and ended at 2:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 81 children present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site on December 17, 2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on December 26, 2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

Standard #: 22.1-289.035-A Description: The center is required to have employees undergo a background check every five years. The most recent central registry check for Staff #3 was overdue by a year and nine months. Plan of Correction: Teacher already did the backgound check on 12/19 Waiting for the result
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-440-E Description: Centers should ensure cribs are at least 12 inches of space between occupied cribs. For each group of children, children were observed sleeping which were less than 6 inches of space between the occupied cribs. Plan of Correction: The correction has been already made as per the requirement.
