An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/18/2024 and completed on 12/18/2024, in response to a serious injury.
The on-site inspection began at 10:47am and ended at 11:03am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
