An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 12/18/2024 and completed on 12/18/2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:35am and ended at 2:40pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 84 children present and 20 staff. The inspector reviewed 9 children?s records and 9 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
