The Licensing Inspector (LI) discussed Medication Administration Training (MAT).
- Comments:

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:20pm and ended at 3:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children and 2 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 child records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
