An unannounced inspection was initiated on December 18, 2024 and completed on December 18, 2024,in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on December 12, 2024 relating to allegations of Special Care Provision and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed 1 child records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
