An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on October 4, 2024 and completed on November 8, 2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on July 15, 2024 and September 20, 2024 relating to programs and staffing and supervision. The inspector reviewed two children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations. Additional interviews and observations were conducted off-site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
