An announced on-site initial inspection was initiated and completed on 12/4/2024. The inspection began at 10: 00 am and was completed at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. 4 staff and board member records were reviewed on-site.
The inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and confirmed space utilization.
