An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 01/15/2025 and completed on 01/16/2025, as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:35am and ended at 1:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 126 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 10 staff records on-site. Additional documentation was reviewed electronically on 01/16/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
