An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on January 16, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:50 a.m. and ended at 11:45 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children's records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
