An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 01/17/2025, as a part of the conditional licensure period. The inspection began at 12:00 PM and ended at 2:36 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 37 children present and 8 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included:
? document review,
? tour of the facility,
? interviews, and
? observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five business days from today, which will be the close of business on January 31, 2025. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The facility had posted in the foyer, the Supplemental Information sheet from the previous inspection. The document contains confidential information and, as noted on the document, is not to be posted in the facility.Plan of Correction: The facility responded with the following:
Supplemental information sheet was removed immediately from the posting. Going forward Director and AD will ensure that only the Inspection Summary is posted.

Areas and equipment of the center shall be maintained in a safe condition.
There were long cords used to charge tablets, plugged into the walls and hanging within reach of children in three classrooms.Plan of Correction: The facility responded with the following:
Immediately addressed with staff about removing charging cords within reach of children. If they do not have an appropriate space to charge in classroom alternate charging locations will be found.
Management will do a review with all staff regarding hanging charging cords at the next staff meeting on 1/30/25. Management will continue to check for hanging cords during classroom observations.
