During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated and completed on 1/24/25, as a part of or an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to: written record of daily attendance, sight and sound supervision, staff-to-children ratios, written record of children's serious and minor injuries. The on-site inspection began at noon and ended at 1:00 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 11 staff.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
