An unannounced self-report inspection was initiated on December 6, 2024 and completed on January 10, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on December 2, 2024 relating to programs. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff records on-site. This inspection included
document review, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
