During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. If there were any serious injuries or fatalities related to a violation, the details will be included in the description of the violation.

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 1/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:05 a.m. and ended at 1:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 43 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 22.1-289.011-F Description: Documents required by the Superintendent shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
The findings of the most recent inspection were not posted on the premises.Plan of Correction: The summary was posted. I'll post the violation notice with it.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-60-A-8 Description: Childrens records shall contain a written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Child #1 has a diagnosed food allergy, and their record does not contain an allergy care plan.Plan of Correction: I'll give the family the template allergy form and have the family have it completed by a doctor within two weeks.
